”Gotlands tingsrätt huserar i lokaler som med all rätt är kulturminnesmärkta. Det är uppfordrande och innebär bl.a. att tingsrätten också värnat om att tingsrättens ska ha en konstnärlig utsmyckning som ”matchar” huset. Som en del av det avporträtteras sedan snart 15 år tillbaka också alla medarbetare efter avslutat värv på ett kreativt sätt”.    Mikael Mellqvist

POST-ART har under femton års tid fått beställningar på porträtt av tingsrättens notarier, på initiativ av Mikael Mellqvist, lagman på Tingsrätten i Visby. Bilderna i bildspelet är tagna 2013 och porträtten på väggen är nu mer än dubbelt så många. Mikael går nu i pension och tänker satsa mer på sitt måleri.
